Please join us as we celebrate and honor our 8^th grade students. The 2020 8^th grade graduation this year will be a virtual graduation that was prerecorded for our students. The graduation will take place on June 19^th starting at 9:00am. A link will be posted on our school website which will allow access for our entire AHA community to enjoy and celebrate our students.

The time to distribute the 3rd MP report cards is here. Parents will be able to access their child’s report cards through infinite campus. This is an excellent time for parents to activate and log into their portal accounts, as this will provide immediate access to their child’s report card. If parents need an activation code or have any issues logging in, you can contact Ms. Radunovic through email at nradunovic@paterson.k12.nj.us. If you forgot your username and password please contact misdepartment@Paterson.k12.NJ.us. They will assist you in resetting your password.The activation information on how parents can set-up an account is located at the bottom of this letter.

If parents prefer a hard copy of the report card. The parent will make a formal request for a copy of the report card directly to the school by calling (973) 321-0320.  Ms. Patti Jones will follow-up on all requests. A parent email address should be given to Ms. Jones and an email will be sent with a copy of your child’s report card. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this matter.

Good afternoon parents,

The district will be distributing hardcopies of the Phase IV instructional packets on May 12th and 13th for the weeks of May 18th and May 25th.  The packets for AHA can be picked up at The New Roberto Clemente School located on 481-506 Market Street. Parents can drop off previous packets as they pick up new packets for the week of My 18^th -May 25^th. The packets are for students who do not have internet classroom for their classes.

Good evening Parents,

We have finalized the dates for lap top distribution for grades 5^th – 8^th. The distribution of laptops will take place at Alexander Hamilton Academy on May 12^th, 14^th, and May 15^th from the hours of 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. We are asking parents to follow the social distancing procedures which is 6 ft distancing and all parents must wear masks and gloves to pick up a laptop. No student can pick up a laptop without a parent or guardian. Parents must fill out an equipment loan agreement application in order to receive a district laptop.

In addition, during this time graduation caps & gowns will be distributed to our 8^th grade students. Parents will have an opportunity to pick up their child’s graduation cap and gown on May 12^th, 14^th, and 15^th as well. I wanted to thank all parents for their patience and understanding during this time.

Good morning Parents & Students,

The district has put together the Phase II packets for all students. Please see the link below for Days 11-20 http://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13e7eKkmrqGZzLnLRF1SdqBTu6GAJfVvo . Parents will click on the third folder in row one, which is the Elementary Student Packet. The folder will open with your child’s grade level packets located throughout the folder. 

If your child is a resource student who receives services from our resource teachers, their folders are labeled as Elementary Modified Student which is located in the first row. 

Lastly, our 8^th grade Algebra 1 students can find their Algebra 1 packets under the High School Tab for Math.

If parents have any questions about the Phase II packets, please contact your child’s teacher for any information or help you may need. Thank you for your cooperation during this difficult time.
